Warranty

All our products include a 1-year replacement warranty.

How to opt for warranty:

In order to opt for your guarantee, contact us at info@cruele.com with the following information:

1 - Order number in the subject of the email.

2 - Brief description of the problem you have had with your product.

Once we have received your email, we will proceed to give you an answer within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Consider that the guarantee will only apply to those products that have been affected by common use. It will not apply to those that have been damaged by other factors such as stained paint, discolored by chemicals, broken by blows, etc.

Important: Once your guarantee has been approved, we will proceed to send you the same product, a product of similar cost or a series of products that add up to the total amount of your purchase.

The guarantee does not include money back, product replacement only.
